We have scanned millions of medical records over the past 8 years and during this time period our clients have ranged from solo physician practices to large multi-specialty groups to the retiring physician who doesn't want to store charts for years to come.  Our clients have integrated their scanned charts with numerous EMR systems whether it be an enterprise adoption of an EMR across multiple sites or a single location practice. 

Each new client is managed as a single project. A team leader is assigned to each project with responsibility for the individuals who are assigned to that specific client.  This team stays with the specific project until completion.  Each department including shipping, document preparation, scanning, quality control, software and computer operations and customer serviced are staffed by professionals with years of experience.

We only utilize state of the art scanning equipment and optical character recognition (OCR) software.  Our secure facilities are designed to process the preparation, scanning, quality control and OCR of thousands of medical records per day.
